Ông Lương Thanh Văn sinh năm 1963, là người sáng lập và xây dựng Tập đoàn Việt Úc từ những ngày đầu.

Kinh nghiệm:

  • 1982: Di cư từ Việt Nam sang Úc năm 19 tuổi
  • 1984: Khởi nghiệp kinh doanh từ một cửa hàng may và sau đó phát triển thành doanh nghiệp sản xuất gia công hàng may mặc với đội ngũ hơn 300 công nhân.
  • 1988: Ông mạnh dạn đầu tư vào lĩnh vực rửa hình – khởi điểm là cửa hàng rửa hình trong 1 giờ đầu tiên tại bang Victoria, Australia. Doanh nghiệp của ông tăng trưởng mạnh trên cả nước và trở thành 1 trong 3 doanh nghiệp tráng rửa phim lớn nhất nước Úc. Sản xuất 5 triệu cuộn phim mỗi năm.
  • 2000: Doanh nghiệp rửa phim của Ông chiếm hơn 50% thị phần, áp dụng công nghệ xử lý hình ảnh tự động mới nhất từ Đức.
  • 2003: Ông mua lại doanh nghiệp xử lý ảnh hàng đầu thế giới lúc đó là Kodak, trước đó là đối thủ lớn nhất

Ông Trần Quốc Tuấn sinh năm 1975, ông đảm nhiệm vị trí Phó Chủ Tịch HĐQT, kiêm Phó TGĐ Tài Chính của Tập đoàn Việt Úc từ năm 2013

Trước khi gia nhập Tập đoàn Việt Úc, ông giữ vai trò CEO của Công ty CP Chứng khoán Thiên Việt (TVS)– một trong những công ty đầu tư vào ngân hàng có tiếng ở Việt Nam. Từ 2010 đến 2013, TVS đã thực hiện nhiều giao dịch với tổng giá trị hơn 350 triệu USD, mang về hơn 20% lợi nhuận trên danh mục đầu tư chính 30 triệu USD, đồng thời thực hiện nhiều giao dịch đầu tư vào IFC (Một thành viên của Ngân hàng Thế Giới) trị giá hơn 35 triệu USD.

Trước khi vào TVS, ông từng là nhà quản lý các danh mục đầu tư tại Sandelman Partners LLC – Qũy đầu tư đa chiến lược tại thành phố New York, ông đã giám sát danh mục đầu tư vào các sản phẩm có thu nhập cố định trị giá 2 tỷ USD tại Mỹ, Châu Âu, và Úc. Tập trung vào các lĩnh vực: y tế, truyền thông, xuất bản, viễn thông và các lĩnh vực bán lẻ khác. Bên cạnh đó ông còn nắm giữ các vị trí khác như: nhà phân tích tín dụng cao cấp tại Tập đoàn Tài chính Toàn cầu IBM, nhà kiểm soát tài chính tại công ty Ford Motor.

Viet Uc is the first and still the only one in Vietnam operating a genetics and breeding program with CSIRO as strategic research partner.

Our breeding centers are located in Binh Thuan province at 2 hectares and in Ninh Thuan province at 15 hectares in land size.

Our genetic reference facilities are located across different envinronments in all of Vietnam. Our broodstock selection and production capabilities, in compliance with OIE guidance and Vietnam's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, help limit Vietnam's reliance on imported genetic material and broodstock.

At the same time, thanks to our genetics programs, Vietnam's position in the global aquaculture market is brought to the next level.

Finally, our genetics and broodstock capabilities are key to a truely premium shrimpseed product thanks to fully controlled and traceable production, ensuring high-performance, high-health animals provided to farmers and best quality products to consumers.

The ultimate result is far better success rate and long-term profitability for farmers.

High-tech hatcheries
for premium shrimpseed production

Viet Uc is the leader of Vietnam's shrimpseed market, operating 9 technologically advanced hatcheries across the country capable of producing up to 50 billion shrimp post larvae a year.

Viet Uc is the first and still the only one in Vietnam operating a genetics and breeding program with CSIRO as strategic research partner.

On this unique platform, Viet Uc has introduced generations of elite breeding lines, our “high-tech shrimpseed” products or VUS LEADER with superiority in:

High-tech shrimp farming for shrimp growout production

Viet Uc currently operate three high-tech shrimp farming facilities, two in Bac Lieu province and one in Binh Dinh province. Total land size is over 1000 hectares.

The perfect shrimp from these highly advanced shrimp farming complexes, grown in a zero-antibiotics environment and a fully traceable production system, is on the plates of Vietnamses consumers and in the strictest import markets like Japan, the US and Europe.

Joint-venture aquafeed factory

In April, 2021, Viet Uc established a joint venture with BioMar (Denmark), a global leader in aquafeed with presence in over 80 countries.

With this new joint venture, Viet Uc aims to realize market potentials for premium aquafeed, firstly in Vietnam.

This is where we implement research and development projects for various shrimp farming systems - extensive, advanced extensive, earth ponds, lined ponds, intensive, super-intensive, etc.

These systems share a common goal of finding ways to advance sustainable technologies in shrimp farming for both L.vannamei and P.monodon.
